Angel

Words can’t express how I feel about the loss of my best friend, my old lady, “mama”. She always knew when I wasn’t feeling right or just needed someone there. Angel is and was the kind of cat everyone needed! She was loyal, affectionate and a fighter. From the day I met her I knew she would change my life and others. From the time I first met her at my Aunt Beckie’s house at 16 to finally adopting her for my significant other at the time (Chelsea) who lost her best friend Hooch, she was always our best friend and her “little hemorrhoid” as Chelsea eloquently put it frequently.  I used to constantly make fun of my mom for her bond with her cats (Emma, Lucy, and Missy) but I now understand how much of a massive impact they make on your whole world. In closing I just want you to know Angel that Daddy loves you and thanks you for constantly reminding me no matter how bad it gets it gets better and I have you by side.

Love Always!

Jax

Jax was sweet and affectionate. Loved to play fetch with his catnip mice and share your cheese and ice cream. He was proceeded in death by two sisters Elphaba and Maiya.  He. Will be sadly missed by his family Fran, Scott, Moritz, Chunk and Catsby

Max

“He loved everyone, even the squirrels”.

Easton

Easton Michael Broyles (Rehe)

January 12, 2015 – March 8, 2022

Easton passed away after a brave battle with cancer on March 8, 2022. He was diagnosed with Histiocytic sarcoma in October 2020 and perfected life as a tri-pawd from November 2020 forward.

Easton had a big personality, was curious, and never met a stranger. He was the master of the head tilt and would listen intensely and give big reactions to the right words. He loved to snuggle, take car rides, and was always appreciative of a good scratch to his chin, tummy, or butt. Easton would never turn down an opportunity for snuggles. He would demand to be pet by pawing at you or sliding his nose under your hand. You could always find him on the couch or sitting on the stairs staring out into the world. He was so tall that he would back right up to the couch and sit, leaving his front legs on the floor. Easton gave the best hugs by standing right next to you with his nose nuzzled between your neck and shoulder.

Easton also loved to pick on his Golden Retriever sister, Ellie. He was never one to be overly excited about new toys but would constantly chase after her as she played fetch in the yard. On a sunny day, Easton loved to roll in the grass and soak up all the sun rays. He didn’t love water or baths but liked to stick his nose straight up to the sky on a rainy day to let the rain drops hit his face. He also loved to romp in the snow with Ellie.

Easton always thought he could catch birds, neighborhood cats, and bunnies from the back yard. He was quick (even on three legs) but a bit clumsy and completely too friendly to know what to do if he ever got close enough to them.

Easton also loved to eat – peanut butter, cheese, steak, chicken, and eggs were his favorite. He was always aware of breakfast and dinner times and would anxiously notify with a howl or a moan when the time neared. Breakfast, dinner, snack, treat, and cookie were some of his favorite words to which he would always lick his lips at the mention of. He knew the sound of the cheese drawer and of treat bags and would come running anytime he heard them.

Easton was always excited to do whatever adventure was coming next. He was always eager to go outside, for a car ride, or on a beach vacation. He wanted to be included in everything that was going on and had a terrible case of FOMO – he would come find you anytime you weren’t right next to him. He loved to hang his head out of the car window and was always sure to let drive thru workers know that he was in the car waiting for his treat.

Easton was loved and cared about tremendously by so many people and will be thought about and missed daily. We are so thankful for all the people in his life who loved and cared for him. He received extraordinary care from his oncology family at PVSEC and his local friends at Animal Medical Center. We’ll be forever grateful for the extra 16 months we were able to love and snuggle him after his diagnosis.

Easton was a very special dog, and he will always be our best friend. We loved you your whole life and we will miss you for the rest of ours.

Titus

Titus Crecco (2011 – 2022) was born in South Dakota on April 3, 2011. He graced us with his loving presence on June 25, 2011 after his pup-pup dad flew all the way there to pick him up. When TItus arrived “home”, a deep bond was formed between him and his human parents that could never be broken.

Titus lived the best life a french bulldog could have. He traveled to many exciting places whenever he could, visiting a total of 17 different states. His favorite place was Hilton Head Island, SC where he loved running on the beach, playing ball, and feeling the sand between his little puppy-paws.

Titus was loved by so many and if you ask anyone, he had the type of personality that drew you to him and was such a joy to be around. He loved playing with his toys and never cared about stealing them from any other dog and shoving them in their face to play with him.

Unfortunately during his life, he struggled with significant health issues, but that didn’t stop him one bit. From IVDD to idiopathic epilepsy to recently being diagnosed with cancer, he was such a fighter. We are extremely grateful to all the many veterinarians and specialists that helped him along the way.

Titus taught us so many life lessons like the power of forgiveness, loyalty, patience, unconditional love, strength, friendship, and gratitude to name a few. We miss and love him so much and know his spirit will be within us until the day we meet up again at the Rainbow Bridge.

Freddie Mercury

Freddie came into my life after his first father J.J. had moved. From the start he integrated into our little family wonderfully. He loved his brother Dante so much and would run little circles around him whenever he came into the room. He also loved his sister Chubbs, even though see was a little more indifferent to him. Our time together was brief but wonderful and what a strong and funny little guy he was. He loved his timothy hay treats and loved his family. I know he’ll be watching over us forever and that he will always be a good lil guy.

Abby

Abby was our first family dog. Growing up, I had always begged for a pet, but was always only ever allowed to get fish or frogs. I was shocked when I was told we were going to look at a puppy.

Being a toy poodle, she was a teeny, tiny puppy, and a big ball of puffy, black fur. She was spoiled the minute she arrived at our house, and I absolutely loved having our first puppy.

Although I was in high school when we first got her, it was still like I grew up with her. She was there for all the big points of my life, and was always up for a good cuddle whenever I needed one. She was a loving dog, and loved each of us in her own, different way.

Abby brought a lot of love into our lives that I don't think we initially realized. She will be sorely missed, but I'm glad to say she was a well loved and very spoiled dog. She lived a good life, as any four legged friend should.

Sierra

My beautiful Sierra. Sadly, the time has come for us to say goodbye.
You will always be in our hearts and in our minds. You were one of a kind,
so sweet and loving to everyone. We will always cherish the time
we had together. We will always love you.

Chloe

Chloe (aka Girl Scout, Coco B, Bug, Juicy) was “the sweetest bitch you’ll ever meet”.  We still aren’t sure how she packed so much personality into her tiny body. She was sassy, independent, and made sure everyone knew she was the boss.  Under her hard exterior, was a sweet, mushy interior. Nothing compared to the love she expressed when she finally got to see her favorite people after being away too long.

Chloe is survived by his parents, Emily and Justin, and sister, Lexi. Chloe is preceded in death by her brother, Aiden.

“You were my favorite hello, and my hardest goodbye.”

Rio

Rio was my life; he came into my life as a senior kitty (adopted at 9 years old) from the humane society. He came into my life at a time when I lost my last cat, and I was very down and depressed over losing Bullet. When I started looking for another cat, I visited a lot of the cats and tried a lot of them at the shelter, but it was Rio who called out for me with his little meow and little paws. Minute he came into the cat room he jumped on my lap, purred in my face, and rubbed his head on me. I knew at that moment he was coming home with me. Rio and I spent the next 4 years cuddling, playing outside(supervised while outside), taking afternoon naps, and sharing meals (he always wanted my dinner). Rio was there for me when I lost my beagle dog Buddy at Christmas time in 2020, was there when I went through a rough breakup, during finals, and moving from Ohio to Pennsylvania. On February 4th Rio died in my arms at home around the person who loved him the most. It's with heavy heart I had to say goodbye to him, but he will never be forgotten.
